The last few years I’ve stepped on the oil train. I love all things about them and use them daily in my house— I even use them on my kids. I believe in them (but I still believe in medicine too!) and anytime an ailment or issue comes up I look up to see if there’s an oil to help. Here are 3 ways essential oils help me.
My entire family suffers from allergies. We, unfortunately, suffer all year long. Sneezing, itchy eyes, scratchy throat. We live in Texas and allergies are horrible here. Oils help our allergies! I combine 3 (lemon, lavender, and peppermint) and use rollers for our neck and spray our pillows at night.
Unfortunately, for me, I also suffer migraines. I have them since I was young and literally, I’ve tried just about everything to help ease them or lighten them. Oils do not stop the migraines from happening altogether but they do help me when I have one. Peppermint helps with the pain and lavender helps relax me.
My daughter suffers anxiety at night time. She gets so worried she won’t be able to sleep and gets herself all in a frenzy (and us too). Oils like lavender and cedarwood help relax her and even help her to sleep at night. Every night, she uses rollers on her feet and wrists to ease her anxiety.
To keep up with the use of oils take some products to use them as I want. I use a diffuser, rollers, spray bottles, and some droppers to help mix oils. Infinity Jars has everything I need for my oil use. The jars are all glass and have so many uses, not just for oils.
Benefits of Infinity Jars:
- made from ultraviolet glass
- preserve dried goods for 6 months plus
- have an airtight seal preserve freshness

I love these bottles! They are easy to use and travel so nicely. All the bottles have secure lids making them spill proof. I traveled with these rollers and droppers last week and it was so nice.
